Delivery and Returns 

UK Delivery

Once payment has been received, we aim to dispatch your order within 2 days. We use Royal Mail second class who aim to deliver parcels in 2-3 working days (including Saturdays). With all things being well, your parcel should arrive with you within 4 days of being ordered. 

Royal Mail Second Class is an un-tracked service which means that parcels are unable to be tracked whilst in transit. If you have a query with your order please get in touch and we will be happy to help. Please note that Royal Mail do not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the due date.

COVID-19 Update: There may be delays to expected delivery times at the moment, so please allow extra time if you need your order to arrive for a certain date.

There is a single flat delivery charge of £2.95 for any UK order.

International Delivery (Outside the UK)

We use Royal Mail International Standard Delivery to ship parcels internationally. 

Shipping charges:

Europe: £5.10 

USA & Canada: £8.15

Australia & New Zealand: £9.65

Customers are responsible for paying any import duties that may apply.

Delivery times vary by country and we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. The following are given as a guidelines (from the date of dispatch), but please allow up to 28 working days after dispatch for international delivery.

Please note that Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 25 working days after the due date (20 working days for Europe), and we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for lost items until this time has cleared. 

Europe: 3-5 working days

Rest of the World: 5-7 working days

Cancellations

If you change your mind and would like to cancel your order, please send us an email. As long as the parcel has not already been dispatched to Royal Mail, we will process the cancellation for you.

Returns

As a small business we do not accept returns or refunds unless an item is faulty. If there has been an error with an order, please get in touch and we will be happy to sort the problem out. 

All of the supplies and materials in the kits have been hand selected to ensure a high quality so that you can feel confident in your purchase. When we hand pack the sewing kits, we aim to ensure that every sewing kit leaves us looking perfect. Although we try hard, there may be the occasional human error which we will be happy to rectify :)

Digital items/PDF downloads will be available to download immediately after full payment is received. Due to the nature of these items please note that they are not refundable or exchangeable.
